A new Presidential Review Stand and Media Stand will be located in front of the White House at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and an additional Review Stand to serve the DC Mayor’s staff will be temporarily erected on the front steps of City Hall. In addition to full construction documents, Keast & Hood Co. will be providing a Building Information Model (BIM) using Revit Structure© to meet the project delivery requirements.

Keast & Hood Co. will be providing structural design services to Turner Construction and HNTB Architecture for the recently-awarded DC Public School System design/build contract (Group D Buildings).

The office of the Maryland State Archives proposes to perform a restoration of the 1779 Maryland State House Old House of Delegates, interpreted based on historic photographs recorded in 1876. Keast & Hood Co. will provide structural engineering services for architects Beyer Blinder Belle.

Finally, Keast & Hood Co. is providing structural design services to architecture firm, Innovative Design Ideas, for a sustainable single-family residence. Merryfield House, to be constructed in Baltimore County, will include features that allow its occupants complete independence from the available electrical grid.
