Catch KH at Design Philadelphia and The Forum on Architecture + Design
The Forum on Architecture + Design is AIA Philadelphia’s regional education and expo conference. As part of the conference, we’ll be giving a construction tour of the new Wharton Academic Research Building along with multiple team members.
The guided tour of the 80,450 GSF Research Building will be led by Mark A. Kocent, AIA, AICP, University Architect for the University of Pennsylvania; Catherine Broh, AIA, LEED, Partner at MGA Partners Architects; Allie Lukachik, PE, SE, Associate with Keast & Hood; and Kevin Burns, MBA, Senior Project Manager at Hunter Roberts Construction Group. The signature building includes a replacement of the University’s electrical substation #2, necessitating complex construction sequencing and connection to the south side of the existing Steinberg Hall-Dietrich Hall.
