Associate Brian Wentz Contributes to College Planning & Management
Associate Brian Wentz, Director of Historic Preservation for Keast & Hood recently authored, “Preserving Structural Integrity” for College Planning & Management magazine’s July/August issue.
In the article, Brian leverages his years of experience with existing structures to identify four common conditions that campus and university building owners may experience as a result of extended deferred maintenance. His work on deferred maintenance projects includes various repairs at the University of Pennsylvania’s College Hall and on multiple buildings for Princeton University.
