Continued implementation of the club’s master plan including new interior renovations to Building #2 and renovation of the squash courts. Bridging the original, Frank Furness building and adjoining additions built between 1896 and 1980, the structural scope includes design for the addition of a new elevator, locker room renovations, and the reconfiguration and restructuring of the existing squash courts.
Following interior renovations and upgrades to the club. Implementation of phase II of the club’s master plan included expanding the member experience with new outdoor amenities including new swimming pools, tennis courts, and more casual dining building. The revamped outdoor space included new pools with timber pavilions and a new construction dining building that is complimentary to the existing historic main building.
Engineers provided design for the new structures, the pavilions foundations, and the new site walls and miscellaneous landscaping elements. The five-building and six-acre expansion transitions graciously to neighboring residences and comprehensively manages storm water.
