The new Urgent Care Center for the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia extends their Care Network and combines previously existing facilities into one convenient location on 9.25 acres in the Brandywine Valley.

New construction of the two-story medical center was designed on a fast-track schedule. The complex houses an outpatient program including non-invasive operating rooms and a rehabilitation gym. The concrete-slab and steel-frame building totals 40,000-sf designed with the potential to expand to 80,000-sf. Components were designed with consideration for additional loads. The lateral system utilizes flexible moment connections.

Designed to meet LEED Silver Certification.
