Wallace, PCM Director of Marketing & Business Development ## About Francesca As the Director of Marketing & Business Development at Keast & Hood, Francesca helps to lead the firm’s strategic marketing and client engagement initiatives to support the firm’s continued success. With over a decade of marketing experience spanning B2B, B2C, and B2G organizations, Francesca has a deep understanding of how to develop effective marketing and business strategies that drive success. Before joining Keast & Hood, Francesca played a key role at a national multi-disciplinary firm, overseeing all facets of marketing and contributed to winning proposals, fostering successful client partnerships for notable projects in sectors across the country. In 2023, Francesca founded Blume Strategies, a marketing and business strategy consultancy focused on helping AEC companies apply her Intentional Marketing Method to strengthen their positioning and maximize growth. Francesca earned her Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) certification in Marketing Management from the American Marketing Association, recognizing her expertise in the field. Passionate about mentoring and uplifting women in the industry, she actively works to create opportunities for professional growth and leadership development. As an active volunteer, she contributes to various industry organizations and proudly serves on the board for Professional Women in Construction, Philadelphia Chapter.
