South Philadelphia Community Health and Literacy Center Wins ULI Rouse Award

Keast & Hood wishes to congratulate VSBA Architects and Planners on the recent Willard Rouse Award for Excellence by the Urban Land Institute of Philadelphia for their South Philadelphia Community Health and Literacy Center. The project is an important and impactful addition to the neighborhood, combining a branch of the Philadelphia Public Library, a recreation center, and a branch of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
